Arturo Perez Jr. is an award-winning Writer/Director who has worked with some of the world’s most influential brands including LG Electronics, eBay, Microsoft, and the SF Giants. His work has featured such stars as Heidi Klum, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Will Smith.

He is a Director for the groundbreaking Take Away Shows by La Blogotheque—a web project that hypnotizes viewers with one-take music videos with the world’s most celebrated bands. He's collaborated with Grammy nominated bands like The Lumineers, Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros and Grammy winners Natalia Lafourcade and Carla Morrison. In 2012 Arturo directed the first music video shot entirely on Instagram.

Arturo’s films have won numerous awards including Best Online Documentary Film, a distinction awarded by the Pulitzer Center. He was born in Mexico City and received his BA from The University of Texas at Austin. He currently resides in San Francisco, CA.
